I need help but not sure how to get it. When I log into my account everything is blank. My email linked to my account no longer exists so I do t even know how to reach a service agent.

Not working. I’ve just logged into my 3 kids accounts no problem but I can’t with mine. I’m pretty sure is related to that old email that doesn’t work.

if using the app, try reboot the phone. If using web version, try logging but clear cache files first. If you get in to your account, then you can update the email address.
