I am a subscriber and i tried to log in, but once i did it says i don't have a subscription and it asks me to resume activation or go to log in page.
What is going on?

You will need the assistance from a CS_Agent to help you login to your account. Click on the Chat icon and type in “Submit a Ticket” then on Contact.

You probably haven’t login for sometime.
