HI @Massia

you can order your new sim card from here:

https://canadiancellsupplies.com/collections/latest-products/products/multi-sim-card-for-standard-mi...

They ship fast and many  Community members here ordered from them before.

And then do change SIM on your My Account.

ONLY "If" the iPhone is running data or wifi! Or is a model with GPS.

Thank you all for your swift responses.  I will take care of this issue.  Thx again

@Massia  Log into self serve and hit the list stolen button … also if you had find my iPhone enabled you can try to locate the phone that way thru another device

@Massia   you tried using FindMy service?

 https://www.apple.com/ca/icloud/find-my/

                 (how to use: https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/find-a-lost-iphone)

for the sim card/account.  You can log into MyAccount first to suspend the account first

Get a new PM sim card from local Telus or Koodo store or Amazon.  Avoid ordering from PM as it could take 5 days to 3 weeks to deliver, no tracking and out of your control

Once you have to new sim card, login to MY Account only using desktop and laptop, not phone or tablet, and request Change Sim card from the Quick link menu on top right

@Massia

log in to your PM account to declare your phone as Lost / Stolen.

Then get a new phone and a new sim.

@Massia - if you think you no longer can call it to try and retrieve it, report it lost.

See how to report lost / stolen: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/lost-or-stolen-phone

Then once you obtain a new SIM card and phone....
