I need to look at previous payments so I can submit receipts to my employer. However, I can't access anything in my account. I can log in just fine, but as soon as I log in, clicking any link gives me a 404 and tells me there is system maintenance. This has been happening for months, and is quite unacceptable.

Yeah it is definitely not ideal but unfortunately don't think it is going to change anytime soon, many times it is cached versions, best workaround is to use incognito mode and open it in there and you should be able to bypass that, but once you get into self serve you also have to be diligent in making sure there are accurate numbers/usage etc
