I put the payment voucher in yesterday and forgot to change plans. I went to change plans and the voucher was no longer in there. I need to call a public mobile contact phone number or a refund?

@Katherine1 There's an option to schedule the plan change at next renewal and you just needed to add enough funds to cover the cost of the new plan before your renewal.
If your account just renewed, perhaps submit a ticket or send a private message and ask customer support to switch your plan to the one you wanted to change to but make sure you have enough funds available to cover the cost of the new plan.
Of course, there's no guarantees that CSA's will oblige but it doesn't hurt to ask. Here's a couple of links to customer support:

Your other option is to schedule the plan change for next renewal by selecting Change My Plan and then Change at Next Renewal option, but, of course, add the funds needed before (since you're paying with vouchers) to ensure the change will happen without issue, hopefully.

Since you already applied voucher to your account, PM will not refund you. Particularly if renewal occurred and funds have been used to pay the bill.

Did your regular plan renewal occur overnight ? That could be why your acct balance is gone.

Did your renewal happen? Even with autopay, the system always uses the balance first.
