where you see the double payment? if you see 2 lines on the Payment history on My Account, those are not double payment. PM breaks down a renewal into 2 lines instead of just one single line

Firstly, make sure the 2nd payment has 'settled' from your payment card and isn't just pending.
Then, if you're sure it was paid twice, then confirm the payments on your self-serve account display as twice.
Then contact the customer support agents to refund it.
