My phone is inactive due to missed payment due to comprimised account. I paid the amount on *611 and it worked but now inactive again. Now *611 does s=not recognize my pin. Help

so, you cannot login My Account?
to get the service back, pay by voucher. Buy a voucher from Shoppers Drug mart or London drug and load the voucher by calling 1855-4PUBLIC
for account login problem, as PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

@garwood Did you try and reboot the phone ? Maybe try that if you haven’t already , but if you need support to investigate
