Unable to make or receive any calls for at least three days. How can we get a refund for these days when the service hasn't worked? Will there be any customer service available that I can contact?

what phones you have and where you are at?

there has been some posts about voice problem in the last couple days . 

But if you have a phone that is designed for overseas market, it could be related with PM realigning 3G-850 band because those phones  could lack 3G-1900 bands 

did you try Reset Network Settings? or try sim card on another phone to test.
