Unknown call from my phone number

I saw in my phone call history that calls were made from my phone# to 1(647) 580-4001. These calls were made on 13th & 14th Dec. 2022. These calls were not made by me. Please help.

this is voicemail number

those are calls either you check your voicmail from your phone, or your friends called you and got routed to leave voicemail. 

Even you are on limited outgoing calls, those vm calls your friend routed won't be counted against your minute bucket.  But if you call from your phone and you have limited outgoing, then it will be counted

indicating that you ever received a call forwarded to VM.

Phone number ending 4001 is your voice mail phone number.  PM will  forward your incoming calls to your voice mail if you did not answer your incoming calls.

That number is when you call your voicemail or calls are directed to your voicemail.
