Response to ticket could take hours (or sometimes days). Considering today is Sunday you will have to wait as I doubt full staff is on site.

I have already opened a ticket. Just waiting and waiting. This is very slow. I know it's the weekend but it's very slow especially to get your money back from unauthorized payments and fraud. I don't think they take it seriously

I have no kids. I have no other accounts and I'm the sole owner of it and I know it because it's taking money out of my bank and it's not the right amount and I've looked into the app and it doesn't have any payments going in or out only a $25 payment not an $11.50 taken out of my account. I know that this is an unauthorized purchase because I purchased my plan years ago and I have automatic payments and I do not pay for any other add-on or any other And when I checked my bank, there was an unauthorized purchase outside of my province. How can you do this to me? Public mobile

do you have an account with PM? any kids account and maybe they got a text from PM to load extra data?
if none of those then please ask PM to track
