You can contact customer support to perform a Sim swap for you but you will have to supply them with enough info to verify your account. The basic info required is:
Since you are likely missing some of this info (supply the email address even if you don't have access to it.) You will then have to supply at least 3 more vital pieces of account info to verify your account. Gather as much of the following info as possible to answer the additional questions asked by the CS_Agent:
Send a detailed message to customer support describing the issue and as much of the basic account info as possible and explain the info missing ((email and 4 digit account PIN #) and wait for the additional verifier questions. Contact customer support using the link below:
