i need to assign it to new phone with old PM phone number...

 

I dont know old phone number account number..

Just know the phone number...thanks..

Lol....looks like it takes 20 minutes to supply all the other info other than the customer support link.

You can contact customer support to perform a Sim swap for you but you will have to supply them with enough info to verify your account. The basic info required is:

  • Full name and address on your account.
  • Email and phone #.
  • 4 digit account PIN #.

Since you are likely missing some of this info (supply the email address even if you don't have access to it.) You will then have to supply at least 3 more vital pieces of account info to verify your account. Gather as much of the following info as possible to answer the additional questions asked by the CS_Agent:

  • Last payment date, amount, type and last 4 digits of the payment card.
  • Account # ( if you have been here a long time your full account # is in your "Sent to" portion of your Public Mobile welcome email.)
  • Last add on purchased, type, amount and date purchased (if any).
  • Alternative phone # (if any).
  • Rate plan, amount, features and due date.
  • Any additional (promo/freebie) add ons on account.
  • Payment card registered for autopay, type, expiry date and last 4 digits.
  • Last 4 digits of your previous sim card.
  • Referral code.
  • Amount of RAF and/or Community points earned last month if any.
  • Last phone # that was sent/received a voice call or text.
  • Date of your activation (anniversary date).

Send a detailed message to customer support describing the issue and as much of the basic account info as possible and explain the info missing  ((email and 4 digit account PIN #) and wait for the additional verifier questions. Contact customer support using the link below:
