I have been unable to update my payment method to my new credit card. Each time it says the request cannot be processed. I’ve tried 3 different cards all with the same result. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Wait at least 24 hours in between attempts. Try a different device. Clear web browser cache or incognito mode. Login into account. Follow up instructions above.

I have had this happen before @Banana_Bob . I gave it a day and tried on multiple devices and it worked. Unfortunately sometimes patience is key with Public Mobile. I think it's a server issue with Public Mobile and is usually fixed within a day.

try to wait a full 24 hours before trying agian
try on both browser and app
For browser, try on a computer and phone. Try using Incognito mode
for app, if you already have it installed on the phone, uninstall, reboot and reinstall
