Updating credit card can not trigger payment, and no place to do one-time payment

Hi , 

My previous credit card has expired, the payment due date is 11-06, I just updated the credit card, but the payment can not by processed, so now my service is stopped. Looks like updating credit card can not trigger payment, and no place to do one-time payment

@AliceLei  If you just paid , reboot the phone it should work again after that

May I know after I paid, which I already did, how long would it take to have my service back? I still does not have data now.

Only two button, one is Manage Subscription, another one is Redeem voucher. No  load funds button or option.

I feel really terrible about this. At the very least, PM could have given me a reminder a little earlier, instead of abruptly stopping the service.

@AliceLei  Try @softech  link or you can go to payment page to load funds also in your account

Why is it so complicated? It's just a simple payment. At least provide an option for a one-time online payment. This does not make sense.

@AliceLei  You may need to wait full 24 hours before trying again . When you do try with new browser window and use incognito mode / private mode . You can also try the PM app instead . But if in a hurry you can buy patent vouchers from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 to resume services right away
