I have been trying to update my credit card payment method because I received a new one. I have tried to update multiple times and it just says, "notAbleToProcessRequest". Just wondering if someone could offer assistance?

If you're trying on PM app, try the web browser
If web browser, try the PM app.
It sometimes help to clear cache and cookies, then try again when using the web site to log into self-serve.
When we had this issue awhile back, we ended up using a different card entirely to set up auto-pay, and that worked.
Strange stuff indeed.
