I am trying to change my payment method from M/C to Visa but the manage subscriptions is not allowing the changing of payment info

Never had a problem with my account in 5 years. My account was frozen because my credit card number needs to be updated due to a new CC. But I enter the info and just keep getting the message "we are unable to process this request at this time, please try again later" I have been trying for 2 hours with no luck . Is there any point in trying the chat bot?

Same! and @sansun, no, it shouldn't be on the customer to clear their cache etc, etc. Form doesn't work. Hello PUBLIC MOBILE could a CSM please let the dev team know that the form isn't working. Seems to be caching the credit card # field which is a SECURITY RISK. Thanks!

@GAP56 Funny as it may seem, updating payment information is on ongoing trail and error process for a long time now
Adding: you can try the Mobile App, under Account if you have not yet.
Clear cache, log out and back and try again. If you've tried 2-3 tines already today, don't try again as the system will lock you out without letting you know.
