I am being billed twice a month on my credit card but my account receipts only show 1 payment 

What is going on

@Jo38  Is one of this r charges just pending ? If so it should fall off but if both charges are posted and the difference in money isn’t sitting in your accounts available funds . Then contact support with one of the links the other members here sent you

You should contact customer support to get this straightened out. 

To contact support you can submit a ticket through the chatbot by pressing the chat bubble in the bottom corner and typing in "submit a ticket" and selecting "Contact Us".

Is this new that you are being billed twice a month? When you signed up did you make a mistake and create two accounts?

Also, billing is every 30 days so some months will be two. Is it the same or different amounts each time.
