Network issues in the Montmagny, QC area?

I have no network access this morning so I can't make, receive calls, or text. This is the first service interruption I have experienced in 4 yrs since signing up with Public Mobile. Sent a PM to CS agent.

Already tried those steps with no luck.  The send a ticket link via chatbot doesn't work at all. Sent a PM to CS  Agent and am waiting for a reply.

I have seen a few issues connecting today. Even singing into account is not working.

You can try restart or airplane mode and an off to see if that will help. If not hang tight until it's back. Or if you want to contact Public Mobile to report, use the chat symbol.
