@KC13 If you tried to many times you will be. Locked from doing so again for an hour possibly 24 hours before trying again , if your using the website try the app instead . But after 24 hours if you can wait try again on website but try with new browser window and try incognito mode / private mode
but if your in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 to redefine services right away and worry about updating credit card later
