The system activated auto payment without my permission in a useless account and the sim card doesn't work since 3 mouths because its my desire. I requested a refund, after one week, no answer!

@mishal23 , if you do not want to auto subscribe, you need to turn it off manually. Otherwise subscribe is set to on. As for refunds, the terms of service is clear that there are no refunds. You can discuss your situation with support and see if they will do something for you. Use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket.

@mishal23 When you join PM and activate it automatically signs you up for auto payments . One can turn this off in their account .
but if you already submitted ticket check you community in box for their reply

if the ticket has been closed you will have to start new ticket submission
