activation trouble

I referred a friend. we opened an account, bought a sim card. Paid the subscription.
For some reason he cannot download the app to complete the activation. I think his android tablet may be too old. I read that I can complete the process for him but cant figure out how to do that. I have the app.
Help!!

no need to ask CS agent, we can find the information and help OP ourselves
PM app on Google store clearly said it requires Android 8.0 and up, and it also says "Please note: Public Mobile app works best with Android 11.0 and up"

The question is, what tablet does he have? Does it have eSIM or SIM card?
The tablet may not work but you can confirm with CS Agents to make sure before he signs up.

@Brammer You can absolutely do it for him just first clear the app cache on the app or delete it and re install it first and set it up for him . Then after the sim card is activated he can just use the website to manage his account from there
