Trying to update payment information and the only box I can enter anything into is the postal code box. Cannot enter any other information into the form? Any ideas?

try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account
Go to Payment, Manage Subscription, update Card Information to update
if same, try another browser on another device
if same and not ina hurry, try again in 24 hour

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link
