Rewards page has wrong person/account

When I go to my rewards page, the wrong name is at the top.  I don't think it is showing my rewards.  How do i get help with this.

Hello @PercyQ I know you've chosen the solution already however I would like to share some concerns.

1. Is it an account you look after or a complete stranger's account?

If it's an account you look after or have logged into before, then yes, it could be a cache issue.

If it's a complete strangers account/rewards, then no, it's NOT a cache issue and it's a security breach and should be reported to Public Mobile. I would suggest taking screenshots if that is indeed the case.

Highly unlikely.

You most likely have multiple accounts you take care of so unless you log off multiple times (yes, you have to do that) PM site might show previous log in.

Or somebody hacked your account 🙂

@PercyQ  If you have more then one account try only using the phone associated with the specific account is best or you need to open new web browser window and try again incognito mode /private mode or use the app instead if you haven’t already . Even with all of using same device you should clear app cache when accessing your second account or uninstalling the app and re install each time if you use same device to manage all accounts

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Reward to confirm again

If same,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
