Rewards earned before forced to go to points

What happened to all my rewards accumulated when I was on the old reward system.  Were they not to be rolled over into points 'cause they aren't there.

yes , it is not a nice move for us, but no way to ask for compensation at this point 

PM had done a bit earlier, gave us a 150 days special data bonus, not very useful but that was the way PM compensated us

NO compensation. It was clear cut - no more wards, take points or leave...

@PercyQ  check your rewards portal in your account you still earn points ,5% back on plan spend  10 points back once a year on anniversary and 1 point for each friend every 30 days . Once you have earned 15 points your can redeem $15 off your bill

I was getting at least $10 per month on the old way of collecting rewards before we were forced to go to the points reward system.  I believed that we would be getting compensated in points for these rewards.  Where are they.

in the old system, PM will added the credit to your account as Available funds, if you still have some credit not fully used, they will still be there until all used

For loyalty rewards , it  is gone 

for friend referrals, it is still there but will be paid in rewards points
