what happened to all my points? I have 2 different accounts, and noticed on my primary phone I have only 24 points after just redeeming 20 points on the secondary phone, same amount now as my secondary phone. I had a large amount of points on my primary having only redeemed 15 points once in 3 yrs or more. did I get penalized for not usung them?

There is no expiry date on the reward points.  As mentioned, likely a caching issue between accounts.  Logout of one Rewards account.  Login with again with incognito mode or clearing cache.

Probably just browser cache problem .  Please check again using browser with incognito mode

If the points still wrong, ask PM to check. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
