Hello,

I have made a payment but the plan isn't working. Id like to get this resolved ASAP before I go somewhere else.

That is good to hear.  To help other customers, what was the issue?  Did CS_Agent just credit your account?

I made it lastnight.

Doesn't show any additional funds. But it has came out of my account.

When did you make the payment?  There were some payment issues, but supposedly, it was fixed yesterday morning.  

Check your payment history in your PM account.  Do you see the addition of funds? Does your credit card history show the charge as pending or actually going through?

P.S. I will remove your solution since your issue has not been resolved yet.

Yes, and it hasn't worked still says i never paid yet it came out. I am not paying twice to see if it works the 2nd time

have you tried shutting down the cellphone...then restart it . 

If that fails, try a network re-set.
