I just recently activated my service and forgot to enter the referral code, how do I get credited?

Just know this. You will be required to answer several security questions to confirm your account. Furthermore, you'll be asked information about your referral person like name and phone number. Make sure you have all that ready to go to avoid delays. And the most important, make sure you reply as soon as possible to their messages in the link below. If you delay more than 48 hours in responding, they will close the ticket and you'll have to start all over again.

still not late, PM support can help to add it back.    Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
