Payment not updated via vouchers.

All I want is to tranfer my funds through my payment vouchers. The store clerk mistaken my vouchers to be with ChatR company, the manager managed to return my money to the Public Mobile voucher. I tried to type the 12-digit pin in, the voice says that it is unable to go through, $45.00. I bought another voucher for another $45.00, it had the same problem. Now I'm trying to punch in the 2 vouchers into my Public Mobile app account. It says they were transfered, but I don't see an update. What went wrong?

@Mosh  You are smart to have purchased the vouchers several days before your renewal of Nov 5  this  is good proactively to ensure you don’t have any hiccups . If you have any issues though you know to come here to seek advice and get you up and running again , but you will be fine you did everything right

@Mosh  Yes not all vouchers are real time and need 24 hours after purchased to process . But if you check your available funds in your account and the money there you have time and the plan will renew and take the money from available funds nothing more you will need to do

So all I have to donit wait? 24 hours you say? Very well then. My plan will expire in Nov. 5, two days from now. I hope it'll all work in the end. Thanks for the notice!

some vouchers need to wait 24 hours to work, you waited 24 hours yet?

@Mosh  Depending on where you got the vouchers , some voucher take 24 hours after purchased to be used 

but check your accounts available funds maybe there money sitting there and you just need to hit the pay now and resume button / make manual payment
