I updated my credit card information for payment but I still cannot receive or make calls.

I have not been able to use my phone for 2 days and I am getting fed up.  I am so fed up that I am on the verge of getting another provider. This customer service totally sucks.

When you update your CC. It will continue for future payments.

You will need to make a manual payment with your CC, debit or vouchers.

Dial 611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC to make a manual payment.
