Unable to connect to internet

New Umidigi phone. Used Public mobile instructions to setup APN. Phone connects to the internet showing LTE connectivity but no internet. Any ideas? Slane

Did you check if your phone is compatible with PM?

Does other services work? Calls/sms?

Unfortunately it is never good ide to buy not leading brand name phone no mater features.

Umidigi might not have the proper band to connect.  What exact model?

did you try connect to 3G?

Make sure OS is updated   Try Reset All Networks on your phone.
