@JUNA1D5HAH I think you were able to successfully add the cards, but there might be a hold for the charge (so $0.00 for now) until the account is successfully activated? Anyway, hopefully, customer support will void any double charges (if that is the case) once they take a look at your account/card issue.

If you could be so kind to let us know what is the outcome (and reason CC not working) so we better understand what is going on and appropriately provide advise to other customers with similar issues.

Interesting... Pending as of today? It looks like your that charge PM tried to do did not go through as you said.
If I were you, I would try again after 2-3 hours with different browser. If it does not work very first time, contact agent to avoid any fraud CC lock.

so there are 2 pending charges on CC#1 for $0
there are also 2 pending charges on CC#2 for $0
I tried both of my CCs twice each

Check first if your card has been charged!
Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache.

@JUNA1D5HAH You're using incognito/private mode? Could be some leftover glitches in the system from the recent outage.
You can submit a ticket via chatbot and ask customer support for assistance, or send private message if unable to submit the ticket.
