I can't sign into my app to finish the activation it just says checking session with the spinny thing going. It's been a week now since I purchased my plan and e-sim and have submitted a few tickets but no response on anything. I need assistance badly! I'm so frustrated!

no point to try again then, ask PM to help.  

With your current stage,  you won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them
