I requested to have a land line ported into my account now i am unable to do two step verification

because code is being sent to ported number which is a land line that i have no access DGD

you won't be able to do that until the porting is done.  

If you used the app and entered all the porting info, just wait till the port is completed, which usually complete in 4 business days

@DGD  Transferring land line to cell phone you won’t get text message . Instead it can take 3-5 days to complete just have to keep checking the land line and new sim each day u till the port is complete 

Adding @DGD  if you tap didn’t get code , do you se option to send code to email instead
