Trouble trying to chat with an agent

I can't seem to chat with an agent for 3 days. Can somebody PLEASE help. Wayne

They are usually busy over the holidays and New Year's you might want to wait 24 hours for them to respond you can also try and respond to them again

I am not getting any response to my chats with an agent

Usually communication with agent is done through personal mail.

There might be some ore-purchase chat available (or at least it used to be) but I am not aware of any way to actually 'talk' with live person.
