I activated my sim card and want to transfer my number from Koodo prepaid. I have already submitted a ticked but no one reached me out to do the transfer. What should I supposed to do now?

You get a new number first and they will transfer your # over

The customer support folks are usually pretty quick but I have had to wait a couple of hours or more on occasion. They'll be real quick once they get to you.

The telus porting cannot help the OP. Koodo prepaid accounts share the same backend with pm. The CSA has to transfer the number from the koodo account to the pm account. The number doesn't actually get ported.

@shabibpour How long ago did you submit a ticket? The response can be anywhere from 1-24 hours but is usually within a couple of hours. Perhaps going to be a bit longer as it's the weekend, so keep an eye on the message box top right.
