Anyone else having issues trying to submit a ticket? I bought a payment voucher and it keeps saying invalid voucher number and I'm putting it in correctly

it's a long-shot...but...just make certain the voucher is for Public Mobile. I've read cases where the sales person sold 'em a Telus or other voucher in error.

Yes, you probably trying to open ticket using chatbot,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here using direct message:

Bought it at my local store this is the first time having a issue but can never seem to submit a ticket always says oops error

Threw my account website and also over the phone

Then definitely reach out to the customer support agents to provide the voucher particulars and they will apply it for you @Devonfleet1

sometimes payment vouchers, take up to 24 hours to become active.

The ticketing process is broken, and has been for about six months, regrettably.
