Make your own calendar of dates by 30, 60, 90, days after your last due date, keep auto pay in place, and pay for 120 days and then 90 days at a time a week or two before your due date*.
* = the date on your newly created calendar

What's your reasoning behind wanting a 90 day plan?

@Dad46 PM are offering 30 days plan only. @gpixel suggestion could help if you don't want to worry about the billing monthly. However, please note that. the minute/data left in each 30 days cycle still won't be carry forward to the next 30 day cycle as in a true 90 days plan where the minute/data are reset every 90 days

The 90 day plans are not available to new customers or for plan changes anymore.
What you see in the plan menu in self serve is what you can choose from.
