and now I am locked out of all the low price rates. Is there a way to subscribe to the 23 dollar 4G 6MB plan?

@BillOBthe comment above is great future advice! I have found a cheaper or better plan for myself by browsing the options every couple of months. I do not get emails making me aware of current offerings. There will be deals available for current customers but you have to be proactive and look for them. Best of luck finding a plan that is a goods price/speed combo for your needs!

I tried but because I was on an old 25 dollar 3G 1GB plan that does not exist they could not. Thanks for your advice though.

if you switched one month for the US trip, I think you can try to ask support agent and see if they can give you back the old plan or the current cheaper plan. try ask

@BillOB Thou is doesn’t help you right now , but by sept I suspect there be better plans for back to school , if not then definitely by Black Friday / Xmas for existing customers like us

Sorry, but you can only change to plans that are offered in your account.
