Son lost phone issue accessing account

My Son lost his phone in August and we can’t cancel his account or set it up with a new SIM card because he can’t access his account due to the authentication code being sent to his lost phone and not his email.  Not sure what todo. We have been paying for his phone because we can’t stop the payment for some annoying reason.

When logging in you should have the option to hit didn’t receive code and then have the option to have the code send to your email so you can get into the account. 
On the screen to enter the code it will look something like this:

Once you click didn’t receive code the next screen will look like this:

You can then click send email and you will be able to input that code sent to your email to get to the account. From there you can pause the subscription and enter in the details of a new SIM if you choose to continue with PM and buy a new SIM.

@NylaR  Get new SIM card and ask support to SIM card swap the number for you to keep his number and plan , then you will have the code sent to that nee SIM card . Also you can ask them to report phone lost /stolen until you get the SIM card also
