I've just returned to Canada from my 5-day stay in Pennsylvania. The whole time my roaming add-on did not work. Can I get a refund? Thanks!

The add-on is reflected on my account; and yes, I know how roaming works. I used it before, but this time it did not work.

I went there first, but the options were not helpful. Bot thinks I'm having a problem now. I kept repeating DID NOT work, but the past tense did not compute.

@EdSA821 can you confirm which exact add-on you purchased?
Key things to remember are to make sure you have Data roaming turned on and to make sure that you are connecting to either T-Mobile, AT&T or Verizon in order for service to work

click on the orange bubble on bottom right side of page to start process of Customer Support to ask for credit.
