I have been a customer for over 4 years but I am not receiving a 4$ discount per month. Why is that?

@darlicious @softech Yep, Rewards history now pretty useless. I'm over 6 years having missed 2 months payments at most, and total Loyalty shows $100. Custom filter does not work.

So I had to check an account that I know has only had lost/stolen used once on it to fix a glitch and would only be missing one months worth of rewards from the history and the history is not correct at all based on 24 months of history.

Autopay $2 $48 $34
Loyalty> $3* $46 $39 *3 year anniversary 09/22
I can't remember if lost/stolen was used within the last 24 months or not but regardless the earn history is completely wrong?!!

I noticed the other day that your rewards history earning is limited to the past 2 years now? Not sure when this changed or why?
Did you first activate in the month of December 2018? If so there was a glitch for those customers not automatically recieving their loyalty rewards. While there was a fix I don't know if it was across board so you will need to contact customer support to fix it and apply a credit for your 4 years of missing loyalty credit ( basically 2020, 2021 and 2022) which give or take a month depending on your activation date will be $12+$24+$36=$72 with your loyalty reward now being the first of $4/30 days.
Take some screenshots of your rewards account with no loyalty reward and showing the history page of no loyalty reward. You can fix this yourself but you need such a large loyalty credit applied without being able to show your entire time with public mobile without loyalty being applied that its best to just request customer support fixes the entire issue.
For reference this glitch can be fixed by scheduling a change plan on next renewal to the $25 plan. Log out and reboot the phone. Log back in to your self serve account and cancel the scheduled plan change. Refresh the page by using the little arrow thingy at the bottom right of the column/page. Then log into your rewards account and check for your loyalty reward to be showing. Since it's been so long since the time that most customers noticed this issue I'm unsure whether it would update to $4/30days or only $1/30 days?
I'm also interested in the response you get from customer support? If you don't get a senior agent they may be completely clueless on how to fix it. If they tell you they are going to open a ticket with the tech team you can tell them there is a workaround fix you can try first....just ensure they credit your account the missing reward amount first.

how much is showing for total Loyal Reward you got? the number should be between $72 to $120 Tell us the number and I can tell you how many more months before you will get the $5 Loyalty

Wow 4 years and you joined the Community 2 years ago.
Best thing to do is to contact a CS_Agent (Moderator) through private messaging.
It could be a few possibilities listed by others.

How much are you receiving each month as loyalty rewards?
Did you suspend your account multiple times over the last 4 years? That could be a factor in determining how many years that you are with Public mobile.
By chance, did you switch over to the new points rewards system? If you switched over, you will not receive the old loyalty rewards.

When was the exact date you joined PM? did you suspended for some extended period of time in the 4 years? and can you check when did you starting getting the $4 loyalty?
