I purchased an add on for 500 minutes in Canada. The amount was taken from my credit card. I have not gotten the 500 minutes in my account

And the best thing about these add-ons @Greyhound is they never expire until they are fully consumed.

@Greyhound Yes it will only get used once you plan mins are used up and the add on will roll over till you use them all up

@Greyhound Try refreshing your account page with the little refresh icon bottom right or login with incognito/private mode or another browser as you're probably seeing old info due to caching issues with PM's self serve account.
