The 200 minutes per year for the first two years after I joined Public mobile and the 2 gig per data for those two years don't seem to show in my account. Did the company remove that old "perk" along with their "improvement" to the points system.
I do so miss the old rewards system but those gifts should not have been touched.

Thank you to all who responded. I needed the step by step instructions everyone gave. I now see that I still have that little tiny bit of data. Pity the 250 gig as a bonus for accepting the new method of rewards didn't roll over too.

I can see holiday gifts on my account so they should be there.
Use computer, clear cache, try incognito mode.

It should be in your account under Subscription>Usage Breakdown on the PM app.
You can check View Usage History to see if it was used up. Filter it by data, SMS or outgoing calls for the last 90 days.

you can log in to your account using laptop but use incognito mode to see most current plan and add-on in your account. Could it be that those minutes were use 'em or lose 'em ?
added...aahh...you meant the Holiday Bonus minutes and data...well they should still be there. They stay on your account until you use 'em up...even if that takes several months or years.

the old rewards system is gone and won't be back
but your xmas bonus still there (unless you used them up already). Login to the app or My Account and click Usage Breakdown just below the Subscription Usage picture and you will see them there

no worries, they are still there. You can find them on the Overage page, click Usage breakdown and you will see something like this
