I changed credit card payment info and subscription but all my past rewards data and long distance minutes all gone. Can I get them back?

You can also login to your account on the PM app. On the Subscription tab>Usage Breakdown will show all your Add-on. Under View Usage History, you can filter out LD calls and Data usage up to 90 days.
I changed my CC information and they are all showing.

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
And Addons are now showing on the Overview page. Under the usage "meter" , click Usage breakdown and you will see them there like this
If still cannot see that , ask support agent to confirm, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
