This keeps coming up when I tri and submit Ticket.  And original moms have gone missing.

Do the following:

 

  1. Clear your browser.
  2. Reboot your device.
  3. Open one tab only.
  4. Use secret/incognito mode.
  5. Chrome, Firefox, Safari or MS Edge work best.

Try to submit a ticket via Simple--Simon again. If you still cannot submit send a private message. The CSA can send you a text to verify or ask you additional verification questions. Mention the the issues trying go submit a ticket in your message.

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

No account and no 4 digit pin.  it sends me to same screen as before

Tickets and the chatbot totally suck, it's a well known problem. Instead, you can send a private message to CS_Agent with your account details so they can get you the help you need.

Include your full name, phone and account numbers, email address, and the 4-digit PIN (if you have it), to speed up the process.
