@jor123 What is it that you're trying to do on self serve today? If it's making a payment or checking your usage, these should not require you to look at the plan page anyway.

@sinnicam Either add another $1 to the balance or report your phone as lost, sign out, and then sign back in and restore service. Either of these will retrigger your renewal.
