How Long is Maintenance Supposed to Last?

There was no announcement about scheduled maintenance, so I'd love to know when Self Serve will be back up again. Currently the page redirects to the following message:

unannounced one?  Maybe it is due to the Winter time change? 😮

Anyway, it's up now and I see my October reward there, yeah!!!!

Unannounced site maintenance tends to occur on the weekends at public mobile.

I think they've finally caught on to perhaps starting it very late in the evening so that is completed by morning.

Hopefully this has the least impact to its loyal customers.

Usually does not last too long announced or unannounced.

It is up an running. 🙂

Since I joined Public Mobile……most maintenance has not been announced. I would check back in a couple of hours if you need to do something important in self service, otherwise wait until tomorrow morning.
