I am trying to log into my self service account through the web. I am getting the page Forbidden A1 once I log in. Can someone confirm that self service is down right now?

Thank you for checking. I am assuming it is down for maintenance. I do not think that your suspended account is related since a suspension would only have to do with your mobility services not working and not your account. You should be able to log into your account tomorrow morning. Hopefully everything will get sorted out for you.

I'm getting this problem as well.
Not sure if it's related, but my account also got marked "suspended" yesterday and I submitted a support ticket today. I've confirmed with my bank that the payment went through, and Public Mobile even shows me a receipt for payment, yet it suspended my account for "non-payment" and I have no phone or data service for two days now. And now I can't even log in. I'm very, very close to switching providers and ordering a reversal on that payment.
