I tried to pay my cellphone build as I always do through calling Star 611 but it hasn't been working and I called over 20 times so I try to use a site but decide says forbidden AI and then I try to use mobile app but it says in maintenance what's going on I need help

Ok so it just the service public mobile then I guess but this never happened to me before as it usually go though the 3 time I call and do you know how to contact them or is this community site all we have
