4G Data not working

My subscription just renewed and can't use data anymore but my plan should gimme 6gig , anyway someone can look into that , or anyone know what happening it's alway worked very well before.

@Sthavïus , if your plan just renewed and you are unable to use your data, I suspect the renewal did not complete properly.  Please check your online account to ensure that it is in active status.

reboot the phone and try Reset All networks

if that does not work, try changing the network mode to 3G and 5G and test

if same, ask PM support to help.   submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
