Hi,
I was hoping to transfer my old phone number from my old service provider (Bell). When entering the number on the app (Step 5: Transfer) a notification appears “Invalid Phone Number”.
I would appreciate any help anyone can provide.

My best opinion is this. If the number CAN be ported, wait. Sign up first. Make sure you can make and take calls. Make sure you can text and receive text messages. And finally, make sure data works. Once all three of those are working, THEN try porting over the number. I'd hate to see you without a phone for a few days to a week until a CS Agent can help resolve things.
